• Multi-channel Input: Supports 4 dynamic signal inputs and 2 speed inputs, enabling simultaneous monitoring of multiple mechanical parameters.
• Signal Compatibility: Accepts various sensor signal types including acceleration, velocity, and displacement. It is compatible with eddy current probes, accelerometers, magnetic pulse pickups, and other sensors.
• Signal Processing: Equipped with digital processing capabilities such as digital filtering, integration, differentiation, and rectification. It can measure parameters including relative and absolute vibration, Smax, eccentricity, thrust position, and also supports order tracking.
• Programmable Settings: Alarm and danger setpoints, alarm time delays, hysteresis, and latching are fully programmable. Additionally, alarm and danger levels can be adaptively adjusted based on speed or external information.
• Output Methods: Processed signals are output through the rear of the rack, providing analog signals in 0-10V voltage and 4-20mA current formats. Digital outputs are also internally available for alarm functions.
• Self-diagnosis: Performs a self-test upon power-up. Features a built-in “OK System” that continuously monitors sensor signals. Front-panel LEDs indicate processing or hardware errors.
