It is a high-performance explosion-proof isolation safety barrier launched by SUPCON, and is the core product of its safety barrier series. It is designed for intrinsically safe isolation in hazardous locations.

Key Functions & Applications

• Converts field resistance (e.g., Pt100, Cu50) or thermocouple signals into standard 4‑20 mA or 1‑5 V outputs, providing intrinsic safety isolation to prevent dangerous energy from feeding back into the system.
• Certified to Ex ia II C explosion protection level, complying with GB3836.4‑2000, suitable for Zone 0 (explosive gas) areas such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food‑processing plants.
• Supports 2‑wire or 3‑wire resistance or thermocouple inputs, with measurement ranges of:
  • Pt100: ‑200 °C ~ 850 °C
  • Cu50: ‑50 °C ~ 150 °C
• Optional HART communication for seamless integration with SUPCON DCS systems.
